Paysafe (Previous Merchant)
Q: Will my Paysafe account close?
A: Any account that is inactive for 6 months will be effectively closed unless communicated otherwise by the merchant (Rugby Club) to Paysafe that they wish to have their account left open.

Q: What does a PSO/Sub-Union/Club have to do to close their Paysafe account?
A: Nothing, it will close after 6 months of inactivity.
Q: Once my account is closed how long can I pull information/reports from Paysafe?
A: Rugby Canada would STRONGLY RECOMMEND pulling everything that’s needed from Paysafe before January 31st 2024.
